What areas do you serve?
Our work is focused in Lane County (Eugene, Springfield, and surrounding communities), then Coos County (Coos Bay, North Bend, Coquille, Bandon). Elsewhere in Western Oregon we take significant projects and property preservation work only.

Do you offer free estimates?
Many estimates may be provided without charge. Larger, more complex, or distant projects may require an onsite consultation. Any consultation charge should be disclosed before scheduling.

What projects do you handle?
We provide residential repairs, commercial maintenance, pressure washing, window and door services, painting, drywall repairs, roof and gutter maintenance, rental turnovers, property preservation, and preventive maintenance.

Yes. We assist landlords, investors, and property managers with repairs, maintenance, turnovers, inspections, and preservation-related needs.
Do you provide emergency service?
Selected rapid-response services may be available depending on location, availability, weather, project scope, and job-site safety.
What payments do you accept?
Payment options and terms will be explained before work begins and may be included in the estimate, work authorization, invoice, or service agreement.
Do you guarantee your work?
Handyman in a Flash stands behind its workmanship. Warranty coverage may depend on the project, materials, manufacturer warranties, normal wear, misuse, existing conditions, and the written project agreement.
